The
first ever version of Systematics was developed for Apple
II and was released in the European market. |

1980 |
When
the use of Personal Computers gained momentum, the product
was re-written for MS-DOS based IBM compatible PCs and was
promoted as Systematics I and II. Systematics was rated as
one of the top 5 accounting products in Europe. Some 37,000
modules of Systematics were sold to around 11,000 users. |

1987 |
The
product was re-labelled as AccountsMaster (consisting
of GL/SL/PL) and PayMaster (only Payroll) and 60,000
suites were delivered across UK/Europe packaged with the then
popular Amstrad PCs making it the most widely distributed
product in the market. |

1993 |
The
next generation of Systematics DOS version by name Systematics
Accord was launched. |
|
2000 |
Several
thousand licences of Systematics Accord were sold between
1993 and 2000 and continues to be in use by thousands of businesses
in UK and several other countries even today. |

2000 |
The
product's IPR was acquired by MAARS with the objective of
injecting new life in to Systematics with a new Windows version. |
|
2001-2002 |
MAARS
completed the development & testing of the Payroll module
and released it in the market.
MAARS also completed the Windows upgrade for the finance ledgers,
stock control & invoicing modules and successfully had
the accounting modules accredited by ICEAW.

We,
Earth Solutions (UK) Limited acquired the ownership of the
product. The new management quickly completed the development
of additional modules

Jan
2005 |
Flexible
Accounting Ltd purcahsed all the assets of Earth
Solutions Ltd and have developed the software as the current
flexiaccounts and flexipayroll software.
