Even with tight password security, its not uncommon for users to make inadvertent changes to the payroll data only to be discovered too late.  Systematics provides control over this sensitive issue at two levels.  At first level, you can choose to ‘lock’ the file as soon as the payroll cycle is complete. At second level, you can choose to ‘verify’ the control figures before the program can allow you to close the period.
